Elodie Now

Big hearts. Big feelings. Big…everything.

Elodie Now (hi, it’s me) writes steamy small-town romantic comedies. Think Hallmark movies with the door flung wide open. Grumpy book boyfriends, swoony banter, happily-ever-afters you can count on, and (yes) the occasional emotional support pickle.

Bonjour, hi, it’s me. (Waves. Possibly holding a croissant or my favorite: an almond chocolate bread/croissant. But most likely a decaf coffee and a chocolate) I’m a Franco-American gwoman who grew up in a small village in France, where you could find her a book in her hands. I fell hard for love stories and then built an entire career out of refusing to get over it. I write them in English (and sometimes read them out loud with my French accent) from a cozy little corner of Belgium, where I live with my husband and our cat, Bobbie Voltaire, who has appointed himself Head of Deadlines (he is bad at it).

What you’ll find in my books:

– Steamy small-town romance with happily-ever-afters
– Grumpy/sunshine, sometimes grumpy/grumpy and grumpy book boyfriends who fall first (loudly, reluctantly)
– Brother’s best friend, fake dating, forced proximity, and second chances
– Single moms, holiday romcoms, and a frankly irresponsible amount of Christmas
– Cute pets that steal every scene, and, on at least one occasion, a pickle and a donkey.

When I’m not writing *hot* kissing books as Elodie Now, I write kissing young adult stories as Elodie Nowodazkij (same girl, fewer open doors) as well as an upcoming non-fiction “Cancer Is Not My Brand”, they live over at elodienowodazkij.com.
